Founded in 2014 by brothers Anthony and John Zurzolo, the company is backed by decades of real-world experience in the building services industry. Anthony has been in the industry since 1999, and John since 2006 — combining for over 45 years of hands-on expertise across high-rise and complex-access projects.
Before launching Premier, they spent years working for some of the nation’s largest and most demanding building maintenance companies. That experience gave them a clear understanding of
