These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of wehatedirtywindows.com (the “Site”) and the services provided by Premier Window Cleaning, LLC (“Premier Window Cleaning,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By using the Site or engaging our services, you agree to these Terms.

Our Services

Premier Window Cleaning provides commercial and residential building services in Philadelphia, PA and the surrounding region, including New Jersey and Delaware. Services include window cleaning, pressure washing, high dusting, chandelier cleaning, gutter and canopy cleaning, graffiti removal, parking garage cleaning, and related specialty services. The specific scope of any project is defined in your written proposal.

Estimates and Proposals

Estimates are provided free of charge. Detailed written proposals are typically delivered within 24–48 hours of a site evaluation. A proposal describes the agreed scope, pricing, and terms for your project; work outside the written scope may require a revised proposal.

Scheduling and Weather

We coordinate scheduling with you or your building management team. Safety comes first: if weather or site conditions make work unsafe, we will reschedule promptly and coordinate with your team to minimize delays.

Customer Responsibilities

  • Provide safe and reasonable access to the work areas at the scheduled time
  • Remove personal or delicate items from windowsills and work areas before service
  • For exterior-only service, ensure window screens can be operated from the exterior or are removed before our arrival
  • For properties using rope descent or suspended access, provide current documentation that roof anchors have been inspected and certified as required by OSHA and ANSI standards

Anchor Certification

OSHA and ANSI standards require fall-protection anchors to be properly maintained, inspected annually, and load tested at least every 10 years. We will not perform suspended-access work without properly inspected and certified building anchors. Anchor inspection, testing, and certification services are available through our sister company, Premier Building Anchors.

Payment Terms

Pricing is set out in your written proposal. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, billing is issued upon completion of the work in accordance with the agreed terms. There are no hidden charges: any additional work is quoted and approved before it is performed.

Satisfaction Guarantee

We stand behind our work. If any portion of our service does not meet expectations, contact us and we will address it promptly and professionally, consistent with our Customer Bill of Rights.

Insurance and Liability

Premier Window Cleaning carries full liability insurance and workers’ compensation coverage; certificates of insurance are available upon request. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising out of services is limited to the amount paid for the services giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

Use of This Website

You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes. All content on the Site, including text, images, video, and branding, belongs to Premier Window Cleaning, LLC or its licensors and may not be copied or reused without permission. The Site and its content are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind; we do not guarantee the Site will be uninterrupted or error-free.

Third-Party Links

The Site may link to third-party websites, including our social media pages and our sister company, Premier Building Anchors. We are not responsible for the content or practices of third-party sites.

Privacy

Your use of the Site is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising from these Terms or our services will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Philadelphia County, Pennsylvania.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the Site or our services after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
